Jennifer was professional and informative throughout the process. We came across a few issues due weather we had not foreseen and Jennifer was at the property promptly, helped us get price-friendly bids from multiple sources and aided in the repair process. She went above and beyond in my book making sure the property was cared for while getting ready to list. She was in constant communication with myself via email and photos, since I am located 500 miles away. She kept me up to date on every step of the process and was comfortable communicating our needs/requests with the buyers agents. There was never a lag in communication. We felt as though she was more on top of the process than most other agents I’ve worked with in the past. This is our 10th home we’ve purchased/sold which I feel gives us adequate knowledge in the buying and selling process. A good agent is hard to come by and for us the most important value is communication which I felt Jennifer handled perfect.
